Important: Posts and comments submitted to the public feed are visible to all visitors. Do not include personal information in posts you do not wish to be publicly visible.

8 DATA RETENTION
- Public posts and comments are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion
- IP hashes used for rate limiting are automatically deleted after 24 hours
- Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 2 years
- Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe
- Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days
