What Is Boxing Wiretap?

Boxing Wiretap is a live community billboard for the boxing world. It's not another news blog or highlight reel — it's a space where fans, fighters, coaches and commentators can pin news, shoutouts, results and opinions directly to the board for everyone to see.

Think of it as the digital equivalent of the noticeboard outside the gym — raw, real and always current. We built it because the boxing community deserved somewhere to gather that wasn't controlled by an algorithm or buried under ads.

The Board
The Board is our live community billboard — a feed of posts pinned by the Boxing Wiretap team and the community. You can post news, opinions, shoutouts, fight results and advertisements. Every post appears immediately on the board for all visitors to see.
Click the gold + Post to Billboard button in the nav, or use the sidebar form. Choose your post type, fill in a headline and message, then hit Pin. Your post goes live instantly. No account needed — just your name or handle.
There are five post types on the billboard:

📰 News / Report — up to 2,000 characters, supports an image upload.
📝 Post — a quick update, up to 280 characters.
💬 Shoutout / Opinion — your take, up to 280 characters.
📢 Advertisement — promote your business, up to 500 characters.
🥊 Results — fighter A vs fighter B with the result, up to 350 characters.
To keep the board fair and prevent spam, guests can post once every 15 minutes. A countdown timer shows you exactly when you can post again. The cooldown applies across all post types including meme uploads.
Yes. Every post you make has an ✏️ Edit and a 🗑 Delete button in the card footer. Edit opens an inline form to update the headline and message — a small (edited) badge appears on the timestamp. Delete asks you to confirm before removing the post from the board.
Memes
Go to the 😂 Memes page via the nav. Click the upload zone or drag and drop an image (JPG, PNG, GIF or WEBP — max 8MB). Add your handle and an optional caption, then hit Post Meme. It appears in the community meme grid instantly.
Boxing-related memes and humour — fighters, moments, commentary, anything from the sport. We don't allow anything offensive, discriminatory, or unrelated to boxing. We reserve the right to remove content that doesn't fit the community.

The Men's and Women's pound-for-pound Top 10 are manually curated by the Boxing Wiretap team and updated regularly. They represent our editorial view based on recent performances, competition level and title status. They are not generated by an algorithm or pulled from a third-party feed.
Yes — completely free for the community. Posting, browsing, searching, and uploading memes costs nothing. Advertising slots are the only paid feature on the platform.
